The oil on canvas portrait of bridegrooms from the island of Silba dating from 1747 is the most significant item in this collection. Simultaneously this portrait is the only document of the costume worn on Silba at that period of history. Of particular documentary value is the painted female dress and headgear.
The old postcards are generally from the beginning and from the first half of the XXth century. These are images of costumes worn in the Dinara and the Adriatic region and old postcards of Zadar where people from the neighboring area of the city are dressed in costumes.
